1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Faithful Threads and all orders placed through the website https://www.faithfulthreads.eu/.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to the customer to submit an offer. By ordering a product, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the respective product. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the customer's order by sending an order confirmation via email.   

3. Prices and Payment Conditions

All prices in the online shop are inclusive of the statutory value-added tax and exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer before the order is completed. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. The customer can pay the purchase price via online banking.

4. Delivery and Shipping

The goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time is usually 3-10 days. The seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or letter).   

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

7. Liability

The seller is only liable for damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the seller, their legal representatives or vicarious agents.   

8. Data Protection

The personal data provided by the customer during the ordering process will be used by the seller exclusively for the purpose of processing the contractual relationship. The provisions of the seller's privacy policy apply.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
